  • Potatoes(peeled and cut into fingers) - 500 g
  • Onions(chopped) - 2 nos
  • Garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
  • Vinegar - 2 tsp
  • Sugar - 2 tsp
  • Corn flour - 3 tbsp
  • Pepper powder(As reqd) -
  • Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing spicy chilly potatoes, take a bowl and marinate the potato fingers in salt, corn flour and pepper powder for 1/2 an hour.
  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry the marinated potato fingers.
  3. In another vessel heat oil and sautT in the onions along with the garlic paste for 1 minute.
  4. Add in salt, pepper powder, chilly powder, soya sauce, sugar, tomato ketchup and vinegar.
  5. Toss in the fried potato fingers and mix well. Remove it from the flame.
  6. Spicy chilly potatoes are ready. Serve hot.
