Instructions
  1. For preparing spicy duck dry fry, heat oil in a vessel and fry the onion on low flame till it becomes transparent. Allow it to cool and grind it to a fine paste.
  2. In pressure cooker heat oil, add in mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  3. Then add in the red chilly paste with the duck and tomatoes on low flame until it becomes light brown. Remove the duck pieces and keep it aside.
  4. Add in ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Then add in the coriander powder, cumin powder, chilly powder, fennel seeds, pepper powder, green cardamom powder and turmeric powder. Saute for 1 minute on low flame.
  6. Pour in the onion paste and fry till the oil separates.
  7. Toss in the fried duck pieces with required water. Cover it and allow the it to cook till it becomes tender and the water evaporates.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  9. Spicy duck dry fry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, bread, etc.
