Instructions
  1. For preparing spicy duck fry, marinate the duck with salt, ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, garam masala, green chilly paste, vinegar, pepper powder and turmeric powder over night.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a deep frying pan.
  3. Fry the duck pieces on low flame. Cover the deep frying pan with a lid.
  4. Spicy duck fry is ready. Serve hot.
