  1. Heat oil in a flat pan.
  2. SautT garlic and then onion pieces.
  3. Add chilly powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
  4. Add tomatoes and ketchup to it.
  5. Add salt to taste and stir well.
  6. Close the pan with a lid and cook the gravy on low heat for 3 mins.
  7. Once cooked, keep a little gravy aside and spread the rest of the gravy in the pan.
  8. Pour beaten egg over the gravy and spread the gravy kept aside over the egg.
  9. Again close the pan with lid and cook on low heat for about 5 to10 mins.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  11. :- Serve with rice.
