Instructions
  1. For preparing spicy egg snacks, take a bowl and mix in maida, gram flour, ginger, green chillies, onions, curry leaves, coriander leaves, baking powder and salt. Mix it well and make a lump free batter using water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Dip each half of the egg in the batter and fry it in oil. Fry both the sides until golden brown in colour.
  3. Spicy egg snacks is ready. Serve with any ketchup or chutney.
