Instructions
  1. For preparing spicy garam masala mutton, in a pressure cooker add in turmeric powder, salt and mutton with required water. Allow it to cook. Remove the mutton only and keep it aside.
  2. Fry the cooked mutton in coconut oil and remove it.
  3. In the same coconut oil fry in onions, tomatoes, ginger, curry leaves, green chillies, garlic and curry leaves for 2 minutes.
  4. Then add in chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
  5. Toss in the fried mutton, mix it and allow it to simmer till it becomes dry.
  6. Sprinkle in pepper powder and garam masala.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Spicy garam masala mutton is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, bread, porotta¦s etc.
