Instructions
  1. For preparing spicy masala crab curry, heat oil in a large pan and saute the onions until it becomes golden brown.
  2. Add in ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes
  3. Then add the green chillies, curry leaves and tomatoes. Saute for 5 minutes on low flame, stirring constantly.
  4. Toss in the crabs and mix well. Cover and allow it to cook on low flame.
  5. In a small bowl mix in water and coconut milk powder avoiding lumps. Pour it over the crabs.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice. Allow it to simmer until the water evaporates and remove it from the flame.
  7. Spicy masala crab is ready. Serve hot.
