Instructions
  1. For preparing crispy onion rings, cut the onions into circular slices and separate them into rings.
  2. In a bowl mix in maida, corn flour, baking powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, pepper powder, salt and egg. Make a lump free batter with required water. Keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  4. Dip each of the rings in the batter and then fry it in oil till it becomes light brown on low flame.
  5. Spicy onion rings are ready. Serve hot for tea.
