Instructions
  1. For preparing spicy peanut snack, take a bowl and add in chilly powder, salt, asafoetida and a little water to make a thick paste.
  2. Then add in the peanuts and mix well.
  3. To the same bowl add in bengal gram flour and mix well to avoid lumps.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the peanuts till it becomes brown in colour.
  5. Remove from the oil and allow it to cool.
  6. Spicy peanut snack is ready. Store in an airtight container.
