Instructions
  1. For preparing spicy potato fry, mix together soya sauce, garlic, black pepper, turmeric powder, salt, chilly powder, white pepper powder and corn flour with required water to make a lump free thick batter.
  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  3. 3)Dip the potato pieces in the batter and fry the potatoes till brown on low flame.
  4. Remove and drain the oil well.
  5. Spicy potato fry is ready. Serve hot.
