  • Sugar(As reqd) -
  • Cinnamon(powdered, Karugapatta) - 2 sticks
  • Cloves(powdered, Grambu) - 2 nos
  • Peppercorns(crushed) - 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom(crushed, Elakka) - 5 nos
  • Ginger(crushed) - 1 inch
  • basil leaves(Tulasi) - 3 leaves
  • Tea powder - 2 tsp
  • Water - 1 1/2 cups

Instructions
  1. For preparing spicy tea, boil water in a vessel with cinnamon powder, cloves powder, cardamom, ginger, basil leaves and add tea powder. Allow it to boil for 2 minutes
  2. Pour in the milk and allow it to simmer for 1 minute.
  3. Strain the tea and add sugar. Mix it well.
  4. Spicy tea is ready. Serve immediately.
