Instructions
  1. For preparing spinach and carrot pan cakes, in a bowl mix in spinach, grated carrot, curry leaves, onion, maida, egg, cream, baking powder, salt and required milk to make it into a smooth lump free batter.
  2. Heat a frying pan and spoon and spread it like dosa. Drizzle a little oil around it and fry it on both sides.
  3. Spinach and carrot pancakes are ready. Serve hot with chutney.
