Instructions
  1. For preparing spinach and potato fritters, in a bowl, mix in spinach, grated potato, onion, maida, salt, green chillies and required amount of water. It should be a thick liquid. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and spoon the mixture into the hot oil. Fry it on low flame till it becomes golden brown and done.
  3. Spinach and potato fritters are ready. Serve hot with tea.
