Instructions
  1. For preparing spinach biryani, heat oil in a vessel and splutter cumin seeds.
  2. Add in dry red chillies, green chillies and garlic paste. Saute it for 1 minute.
  3. Toss in the cashew nuts and fry it for another 1 minute on low flame.
  4. Then add in spinach leaves, turmeric powder and salt.
  5. Mix in the cooked basmati rice, cover and allow it to cook on low flame.
  6. Spinach biriyani is ready. Serve hot.
