Instructions
  1. For preparing spinach leaves with lentils, grind coconut with cumin seeds to a fine paste. Add a little water if required and keep it aside.
  2. Cook lentils with tomato, green chillies, salt, water and turmeric powder in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
  3. Open the cooker and add in the spinach leaves. Allow it to cook.
  4. Pour in the coconut paste and allow it to simmer for 1 minute with curry leaves.
  5. Heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds. Add in the dry red chillies and pour it in the gravy. Mix well.
  6. Spinach leaves with lentils is ready. Have it with rice or chapatti.
