Instructions
  1. For preparing spinach with baby potatoes, immerse the spinach leaves in hot water for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove it from the hot water and dip it in cold water. Strain it and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and allow the mustard seeds to splutter.
  4. Add in the onion, garlic paste and ginger. Saute it for 5 minutes on low flame.
  5. Toss in the potatoes, chilly flakes, salt and water. Allow it to cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Then add in the blanched spinach leaves, cover it and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes on low flame.
  7. Spinach with baby potatoes are ready. Serve hot.
