this is an unique tasty snack for the kids. we usually use some vegetables or only plain onion.but i tried this with my favourite spring onion. this is the best tea time combo

Ingredients
  • Besan flour – 1cup
  • Spring onion 1bunch
  • Red chili powder – 1tsp
  • Asafeotida – 1/4tsp
  • Salt(as per taste) –
  • Turmeric 1/4tsp
  • Oil for frying –
Instructions
  1. Chop finely spring onion and keep aside
  2. Now mix all ingredient one by one
  3. Now add spring onion and mix roughly
  4. Now add little water for bonda consistency
  5. Now heat oil and drop small small in heat oil
  6. Cook both side well and drain from oil
  7. Now its ready to serve
