Squid is marinated and deep fried in oil

  • Squid(cut in rounds, Koonthal) – 1cup
  • Pepper powder 1/2tsp
  • Corn flour – 1tbsp
  • Lime juice – 2tbsp
  • Coriander leaves – 4springs
  • Oil(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing squid fry, marinate the squid with pepper powder, corn flour and salt.
  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry squid till it becomes brown in color.
  3. Drizzle lime juice over the fried squid.
  4. Squid fry is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
