Ingredients
  • Curd – 1/2kg
  • Sugar 300gm
  • Cardamom powder(Elakka) – 1/2tsp
  • Saffron(A few stands) –
  • Pista and Almonds(crushed) – 1/2tsp
Instructions
  1. Tie curd in clean muslin cloth for 6 – 7 hrs.
  2. Take it into bowl, add sugar and mix. Keep aside for 25 – 30 mins.
  3. Beat well till sugar has fully dissolved.
  4. Strain it through big holed srainer.
  5. Mix cardamom, saffron and half nuts.
  6. Pour into serving glasses.
  7. Top with remaining nuts.
  8. Chill 2 – 3 hrs before serving.
