  • Beef slices(1/4 inch long slices) – 6nos
  • Mustard powder – 1tsp
  • Pepper powder 2tsp
  • Salt(A s reqd) –
  • Lime juice – 1tbsp
  • Coriander leaves(Few) –
  • Spring onion 1cup
  • garlic(chopped) – 4cloves
  • *Worcestershire Sauce – 3tsp
  • olive oil(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing steak fry, first prick holes with a fork on beef slices.
  2. Marinate the beef with mustard powder, salt, pepper and lime juice for 1/2 hour.
  3. Grill the slices in a preheated oven or fry it in a pan by pouring little olive oil and turn both sides.
  4. Place the cooked pieces in a serving plate and keep aside.
  5. In a pan, pour little olive oil. Add chopped garlic, spring onions, coriander leaves and worcestershire sauce and fry it.
  6. Immediately pour the sauce over the beef slices and serve hot.
  7. Steak fry recipe is ready.
