  • Lemon zest - 1 lime
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
  • Sesame seeds(roasted, Ellu) - 2 tbsp
  • Spring onions(finely chopped) - 1 spring
  • Pepper powder(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing steamed salmon, marinate the salmon with lemon juice, salt and pepper powder. Keep it aside for 1/2 an hour.
  2. Place the marinated fish in a plate and on top of it place the lemon rings.
  3. Steam it in a steamer till tender.
  4. Garnish with spring onions and roasted sesame seeds.
  5. Steamed salmon is ready. Serve hot.
