  • Whole strawberries(cut the top part only) - 8 cups
  • Caster sugar - 125 g
  • Almond meal - 25 g
  • All purpose flour(Maida) - 125 g
  • Butter(room temperature) - 75 g
  • Brown sugar - 100 g
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Almond flakes - 1/2 cup
  • Strawberries(chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Whipped cream(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing strawberry crumble, in a baking tray, spread the whole strawberries.
  2. On top of it sprinkle caster sugar and almond meal. Keep it aside.
  3. In a bowl, rub in maida along with butter with our hands to get a crumbly texture.
  4. Add in brown sugar, baking powder and almond flakes. Mix it gently with your hands.
  5. Spread the above mix on top of the strawberries and bake it in an oven on 180 degrees celcius for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove it from the oven and allow it to cool.
  7. Strawberry crumble is ready. Serve with chopped strawberries and whipped cream.
