Instructions
  1. For preparing strawberry pancakes, take a bowl and mix in strawberry paste, milk, sugar, egg, salt and maida. It should be a lump free batter.
  2. Then mix in the cashew nuts and peanuts.
  3. Heat a frying pan and pour a ladle full of the batter. Make it in the shape of a dosa.
  4. Put a few drops of oil on top. Fry on medium flame till the pancakes are completely cooked and golden brown on both sides.
  5. Repeat similarly with remaining batter.
  6. Strawberry pancakes are ready. Serve hot as an evening snack with jam or breakfast for kids.
