Instructions
  1. For preparing stuffed bottle gourd, clean the bottle gourd inside and chop it into 1 inch pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion for 5 minutes on low flame. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for some time.
  3. Add the coriander powder and cumin seeds. Saute for some time on low flame.
  4. Then add the poppy seeds, sesame seeds and grated coconut. Saute for 1 minute. Allow it to cool and then grind the spices with a little water to make a coarse paste.
  5. Mix the shredded chicken, curry leaves, coriander leaves, peanuts, chilly powder and salt into the spice paste.
  6. Stuff each bottle gourd with the chicken mixture.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and fry the stuffed bottle gourd on low flame.
  8. Stuffed bottle gourd is ready. Serve hot.
