  • Crabs(boiled and shelled)keep the crab shell) - 8 nos
  • Spring onions(chopped) - 200 g
  • Cheese(grated) - 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato puree - 2 tbsp
  • Crab stock - 250 ml
  • Curry leaves(finely chopped) - 1 spring
  • Butter - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing stuffed crab shell, heat butter in a pan and sautT spring onions till light brown.
  2. Add the crab meat, one tablespoon of cheese, chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, tomato puree, stock and salt. Allow it to cook till done.
  3. Stuff the four shells with the crab meat mixture and sprinkle curry leaves.
  4. Bake the stuffed shells in a hot oven for 2 minutes.
  5. Stuffed crab shells are ready. Serve hot.
