Instructions
  1. For preparing stuffed duck with potatoes, preheat the oven at 220 degrees celsius. 3)Heat 20g of butter in a pan, fry the mushrooms, parsley, carrots and bread on medium flame for 2 minutes.
  2. Add salt and pepper. Mix well and allow it to cool. Keep it aside.
  3. Stuff the duck with the filling. Seal the duck with a ball of grease proof paper.
  4. Put the duck in a baking dish and coat it with 20 grams of butter and pepper powder. Bake it in the oven till done.
  5. When the duck is done, arrange the potatoes around it and add knobs of the remaining butter. Bake it for another 35 minutes.
  6. Stuffed duck with potatoes is ready. Serve hot.
