  • Potatoes(cut into 2 halves breath wise) – 6nos
  • Boneless Chicken(cooked and shredded) – 1/2cup
  • Pepper powder 1/2tsp
  • Cauliflower(chopped) – 1/2cup
  • Peas – 1/2cup
  • Carrot(peeled and finely cubed) – 1/2cup
  • Garam masala 1/2tsp
  • Cardamom(powdered, Elakka) – 1/2tsp
  • Oil(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing stuffed skinned potatoes, heat oil and deep-fry the potato halves with their skin on.
  2. Allow the potatoes to cool and scoop out the centre portion of the potato with a spoon.
  3. Heat the same oil. SautT in the cauliflower, peas and carrot.
  4. Sprinkle in the garam masala, cardamom, shredded chicken, salt and pepper powder. Allow it to cook on low flame till the veggies are done. Allow it to cool.
  5. Fill each of the scooped potato halves with the above chicken filling.
  6. Wrap each of the stuffed potatoes with aluminum foil and bake in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes.
  7. Stuffed skinned potatoes is ready. Remove the aluminum foil and serve hot.
