  • Baby Corn(chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Carrot(peeled and chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum(de-seeded and chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Cucumber(peeled, deseeded and chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Jaggery(grated, Sharkara) - 1 tbsp
  • basil leaves(finely chopped) - 1 spring
  • Celery(chopped) - 2 spings
  • olive oil(As reqd) -
  • Lime juice - 4 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing sweet and sour veggie salad, heat olive oil in a vessel and sautT the onion for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add in garlic, baby corn, carrot, capsicum, celery, basil leaves and soya sauce. Saute for 5 minutes on low flame.
  3. Put the sauted veggies in a bowl, add in cucumber, lime juice and jaggery. Mix well.
  4. Sweet and sour veggie salad is ready. Serve immediately.
