Ingredients
  • White fungus – 1cup
  • Red dates(Singapore type) – 1cup
  • Dry longan – 1cup
  • Ginkgo nuts – 1/2cup
  • Barley 1cup
  • Rock sugar(as reqd) –
  • Salt(to taste) –
Instructions
  1. Soak white fungus for 1 hour.
  2. Put water and white fungus to boilßfor one and a half to two hours till it turns soft.
  3. Add barley into soup and cook for anotherß30 minutes or until cooked.
  4. Add dry longan into soup and cook for further 15 minutes.
  5. Finally, add in ginkgo nuts, red dates, salt and rock sugar for 10-15 minutes.
  6. :- Sweet Chinese Soup is ready!!! :- Serve the Sweet Chinese Soup hot!!!
