Instructions
  1. For preparing tamarind juice veggies, heat oil in a vessel over medium heat and saute the onions till it becomes golden brown.
  2. Add in cardamom, dry red chillies, madras masala paste, turmeric powder, green chillies, cloves and star anise. Saute it for some time.
  3. Toss in the potatoes, carrot, cauliflower and capsicum. Mix well and allow it to cook on low flame with required water.
  4. Then add in the tamarind juice, sugar and salt.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Tamarind juice veggies is ready. Serve hot with rice, chappathi etc.
