Instructions
  1. For preparing tamarind side dish, soak the tamarind in 2 1/2 cups of water.
  2. Squeeze it with your fingers and strain the tamarind juice into a bowl.
  3. Again squeeze all the ingredients with your hands.
  4. Tamarind side dish is ready. Serve with gruel, rice etc.
