Instructions
  1. For preparing tangy mutton curry, heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat and saute the onions till it becomes golden brown.
  2. Add in garlic paste, garam masala, chilly powder, dry red chillies, turmeric powder, curry leaves, green chillies, and salt. Saute it for some time.
  3. Toss in the mutton and potatoes. Mix well, cover the pressure cooker with the lid and allow it to cook on low flame with required water.
  4. Open the lid and allow it to boil if there is any excess water.
  5. Then add in the lime juice, yogurt and salt.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Tangy mutton curry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, etc.
