Instructions
  1. For preparing tarragon beef soup, cook the beef pieces in salt water, drain it and shred it. Keep it aside.(keep the stock)
  2. Melt the butter in a vessel and fry the onion till it becomes transparent.
  3. Add the beef to the pan with half of the beef stock. Allow it to cook on low flame. Allow it to cool.
  4. Blend it to a fine paste.
  5. Then add the remaining stock and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish the soup with fresh tarragon.
  7. Tarragon beef soup is ready. Serve hot with deep-fried croutons.
