Instructions
  1. For preparing tarragon chicken soup, cook the chicken pieces in salt water, drain it and shred it. Keep it aside.(keep the stock)
  2. Melt the butter in a vessel and fry the onion till it becomes transparent.
  3. Add the chicken to the pan with half of the chicken stock. Allow it to simmer for 30 minutes on low flame. Allow it to cool.
  4. Blend it to a fine paste.
  5. Then add the remaining stock and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish the soup with fresh tarragon.
  7. Tarragon chicken soup is ready. Serve hot with deep-fried croutons.
