Instructions
  1. For preparing tarragon prawn soup, melt the butter in a vessel and fry the onion till it becomes transparent.
  2. Add the prawns to the pan with water. Allow it to simmer for 30 minutes on low flame. Allow it to cool.
  3. Blend it to a fine paste.
  4. Then add a little water and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Garnish the soup with fresh tarragon.
  6. Tarragon prawn soup is ready. Serve hot with deep-fried croutons.
