Instructions
  1. For preparing tasty almond halwa, first boil water and add the sugar. Mix till the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the ground almonds. Keep on mixing to avoid it from sticking to the bottom.
  3. Then add cardamom powder.
  4. Slowly add in the ghee, mixing continuously .
  5. Once it starts leaving the sides of the vessel, put the flame off and pour it into a greased flat tray.
  6. Allow it to cool and cut it into pieces.
  7. Tasty almond halwa is ready.
