Tasty Coconut Beef Curry is light, simple and easy to devour. Beef pieces and potato cubes drifting atop a rich coconut flavoured gravy is indeed awesome. Tasty Coconut Beef Curry goes well with bread, chappathy and almost all rice dishes. Beef pieces are marinated in a curd green chilly mixture. Marinated beef pieces are cooked with potatoes and other ingredients. Thick coconut milk is added and simmered for a few minutes. Potatoes are nutritious and the dish can be branded wholesome. The dish is well detailed.

Instructions
  1. For preparing tasty coconut beef curry, marinate the beef in curds, green chilly paste, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, coriander leaves and salt. Keep aside for 1 hour.
  2. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and splutter mustard seeds.
  3. Add in the sliced onions and fry till light brown.
  4. Toss in the marinated beef, potatoes and required water. Mix well.
  5. Close the pressure cooker and allow it to cook.
  6. Open the pressure cooker and pour in the coconut milk. Mix well.
  7. Allow it to simmer for 15 minutes.
  8. Tasty coconut beef curry is ready. Serve hot with chappathis, idli, dosa etc.
