  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1 inch
  • Cloves(Grambu) - 4 nos
  • Pepper corns - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger(chopped) - 1/2 inch
  • garlic - 7 cloves
  • Vinegar - 1 1/2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing tasty crab dry, blend all the ingredients under 'to grind': cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, pepper corns and chilly powder to a fine powder.
  2. Add in the onion, ginger, garlic, vinegar and salt and blend it again to a fine paste.
  3. Marinate the crabs for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the onions, curry leaves, turmeric powder, coriander powder and tomato.
  5. Toss in the marinated crabs and mix it well. Allow it to cook on low flame with required water.
  6. Boil it till it becomes dry and garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Tasty crab dry is ready. Serve hot.
