Tasty Hummus Traditional Way
Chickpeas are soaked overnight and blended with other ingredients

  • Chick Peas – 2cups
  • Tahini – 4tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 2tbsp
  • garlic(minced) – 2cloves
  • Parsley(finely chopped) – 1tbsp
  • Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) – 1/4tsp
  • Paprika – 1/4tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing tasty hummus, soak the chick peas in water over night and drain it.
  2. Blend the chick peas until smooth.
  3. Add in tahini, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, cumin seeds, paprika and salt. Blend it again well.
  4. If it is too thick pour a little water and mix it.
  5. Tasty hummus is ready. Serve with kuboos.
