Instructions
  1. For preparing tasty kidney beans curry, heat oil in a pressure cooker and splutter mustard seeds.
  2. Toss in the dry red chillies and curry leaves.
  3. SautT the onions till it becomes a bit brown.
  4. Add in the ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes. SautT well for 5 minutes on low flame.
  5. Then add in chilly powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Mix it well.
  6. Toss in the soaked kidney beans and required water to cook it. Close the lid and allow it to cook.
  7. Open the lid and allow it to boil for 1 minute with the coriander leaves.
  8. Tasty kidney beans curry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
