Instructions
  1. For preparing tasty liver dry fry, marinate the liver with chilly powder, green chilly paste, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder and salt. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and saute onion till they become golden brown.
  3. Then add in ginger-garlic paste and saute well.
  4. Add coriander powder, garam masala, curry leaves and chilly powder. Saute for a minute.
  5. Toss in the liver with a little water. Allow it to cook till dry.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Tasty liver dry fry is ready. Serve hot.
