  • Onion(finely chopped) - 3 nos
  • garlic(paste) - 6 cloves
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Tamarind juice - 1/4 cup
  • Mint sauce - 1 tsp
  • Demerara sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 75 g

Instructions
  1. For preparing tasty parsi crab curry, heat oil in a pan and fry the onions till it becomes transparent.
  2. In a bowl, mix the garlic, chilly powder and turmeric powder with a little water to form a smooth paste. Add it to the onion and allow it to cook.
  3. Add in the tamarind juice, mint sauce, sugar and salt. Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes on low flame.
  4. Then add the crabs to the above mixture with a little water and stir-fry till cooked.
  5. When the crabs are cooked, add the coriander leaves and stir-fry on a high flame to thicken the sauce.
  6. Tasty parsi crab curry is redy. Serve hot.
