Instructions
  1. For preparing tasty potato puffs, cook the potatoes with onion, green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, ginger, salt and a little water in a pressure cooker.
  2. Open the cooker and smash the potatoes a bit.
  3. Add in the coriander leaves and allow it to boil till the water evaporates.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and place splutter mustard seeds.
  5. Pour it into the potato and mix well. Remove it from the flame and keep it aside.
  6. Knead a soft dough with maida and salt water. Divide into small balls.
  7. Roll out small chapatti`s and make triangle shapes using a mould.
  8. Place the potato mixture in it and close the edges.
  9. Repeat the procedure for the remaining stuffing.
  10. Place in the oven at 350 degrees till light brown and crispy.
  11. Tasty potato puffs are ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
