For preparing tasty shammi kebabas, take a bowl and add minced meat, gram flour, cloves, garlic, ginger, cardamoms, cinnamon, cumin seeds, onions, pepper corns, dry red chilly, salt and 2 cups of water. Cook till the meat is tender and the water evaporates. Allow it to cool.
Grind the above cooked mixture. Put it in a bowl.
Add eggs to the mixture and mix well.
Shape into small flattened balls. Stuff it with finely chopped onions and green chilly.
Deep fry till golden brown in colour.
Tasty shammi kebabs are ready. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
