Instructions
  1. For preparing thick prawns dry, grind sesame seeds, cumin seeds, almonds and cardamom to a fine powder.
  2. Then grind in onion, green chillies, ginger and garlic to a fine paste.
  3. Heat oil in the pan and sautT the ground paste till a nice smell comes.
  4. Add in the coriander powder, curry leaves and salt. Saute well.
  5. Toss in the prawns and a little water for it to cook. Mix well.
  6. Slowly pour in the cream and allow it to simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Thick prawns dry is ready.
