  1. In pan add oil and temper mustard and channa dal
  2. Add Onions and green chili and curry leaves saute well
  3. Now add carrot, potatop and peas and cook for 5 mins
  4. Now add water ( 1: 3) and salt
  5. When water boil well add Thinai and mix well and close lid or can do pressure and cook for 2 whistles
  6. Now its ready to serve Thinai Veg Uppma
