  • Carrot(chopped) - 1 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing tiger prawns dry fry, marinate the prawns with salt.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a vessel. Saute ginger, garlic and the prawns. Fry it. Remove it from the pan and keep it aside.
  3. In the same vessel, add a little more sesame oil.
  4. Add in the spring onions, carrot soya sauce and sugar. Mix well for 1 minute.
  5. Put in the prawns mixture and roasted nuts. Mix well. Cook it for some time till dry.
  6. Tiger prawns dry fry is ready. Serve hot.
