Instructions
  1. For preparing tom kha gai, take a vessel, add in water, chicken pieces, lemon grass, mushrooms, ginger, coconut milk, pepper and salt. Allow it to simmer for 1 hour.
  2. Then add in the lime juice and fish sauce. Allow it to simmer for another 10 minutes.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  4. Tom kha gai is ready.
