  • Tomato(ground) – 4nos
  • Basmati rice – 2cups
  • Butter – 3tbsp
  • garlic 3cloves
  • Water 3 1/2cup
  • Chicken powder – 2small
  • Coriander leaves – 1/4cup
  1. For preparing tomato chicken rice, fry the garlic in oil.
  2. Add tomato and fry again.
  3. Add water and chicken powder to it and boil.
  4. When the water boils add the rice and cook covered in low flame for 10 minutes.
  5. When the water drains and the rice is cooked well, add the coriander leaves, mix well and remove from flame.
  6. Serve hot.
