Instructions
  1. For preparing tomato crab gravy, heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the onions till it becomes transparent.
  2. Add in the ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves. Saute till it becomes light brown.
  3. Then add in chilly powder, crab masala powder, coriander powder, paprika and turmeric powder. Saute well.
  4. Saute in the tomatoes on low flame till it becomes mushy.
  5. Pour in a little water and allow it to simmer.
  6. Then add in the crabs and allow it to cook on low flame with a lid.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and pepper powder.
  8. Tomato crab gravy is ready. Serve hot.
